Yesterday saw a burst of productivity that included laundry, grocery store, WalMart (ugh!), dropping off the recycling, and getting two of three pieces of code done. I also went for a walk, watched RENT: Filmed Live On Broadway and read another 150 pages of The Age Of Ra. Yes, I very productive day.
I woke up this morning (late) thinking I really needed to go to Lowe's to get mulch, potting soil, and seeds/seedlings for the container garden. But I'm really not in the mood to leave the house today. People were driving like drunken monkeys yesterday and I'll admit I'm just not up to dealing with that again today. So I'm stying in and cooking instead.
The windows are open despite the slight chill in the air. More laundry is in both the washer and the dryer. A zucchini lasagna is cooling on the kitchen table and I'm about to make baked corn tortilla chips. After that is some vegetarian sloppy joes for dinner, another movie (Blindness this time) and finishing my book.
I think that makes for a productive weekend, don't you?
